What Our Users Say

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.

"Should be free as it will be able to benefit many people with disabilities such as me. I have always needed an app like this to help me as I'm an Autistic 25 years old & get anxious, low etc. I feel it's an absolute abomination that you have to pay for something to help myself & many in everyday life. The government should allow this to be free by funding this to help the app to be free to all including me. You should seek help with the council & government to get this free for all users !"

Lucy Mazur

"An amazing app to help through tough times. Personalised so when you're struggling, it won't tell you to make a cup of tea unless you tell it to. You come up with what helps you. The traffic light reminders are really helpful and again, can be personalised. I love this app. It's really helped me."

Sophie Peters

"I'm sure the app is useful for some people, but the fact the calendar can't integrate with any other calender system like Google or outlook (meaning you have to duplicate event single event manually into BiH), makes it absolutely unuseable for me.It also lets you create lists of solutions to problems, but there's no functionality to "tick" them off, you have to go look at your log to see what you've clicked or not.Everything on the app requires a huge number of taps to navigate to.TooExpensive!"

Aisha Sollars

"So good"

Alessia Byrne

"Not fit for purpose, an app like this should be free. You're exploiting those with a neurological difference."

Code Cwtch

"They charged my employer for a full year's subscription which has ended before we got the system set up. Never had the opportunity to use it. I had already contacted them before leaving a review publicly. They responded to my complaint with an apology. I don't think this is an adequate response, and I feel that they should refund or reset my subscription."

Laura Williams

"I was given this for support but Brain in Hand is an event tracker not a replacement for support. It doesn't work well as a calendar or task list, you can't add appointments on the mobile app or view a days events but have to log to a separate web page. No import from another calendar either so its manual input. The USP is being able to add activities or problems to entries & a mood tracker. You can put the same info into Google's calender or Keep Notes; they're better. Not optimised 4 Android"

James Dixon

"Love it makes me feel safe . I have autism and adhd and epilepsy"

Tina D betts

"Barely functional. Notifications don't work, the calendar feature is a hassle to navigate through, and the fact that I can't put events from my phone just makes BiH more of a chore than a support. Generally wouldn't recommend."

Micah Chuku

"Really helpful. Can't message staff on alerts with my phone. Others can though. It might just be my phone. I have a huawei p smart 2019 version if you can sort it. Thanks, Alfie."
